The City of Crookston has approved new Housing Incentive Program for 2008. Choose a City owned lot in Evergreen Estates or Eickhof 3rd Resubdivision, or purchase any privately owned lot within city limits, and receive these exciting incentives.

• Lots in Evergreen Estates or Eickhof 3rd Resubdivision - $5,000.
• Reduce balance of infrastructure special assessments by 50% on privately owned undeveloped lots upon sale of lot to homeowner.
• Option of a two year property tax abatement or to receive the amount of the abatement up front for down payment assistance.
• Free water hookup.
• Free sewer hookup.
• Free two months water, sewer and garbage.
• Free swimming pool pass.
• One Park & Recreation activity per child.
• 50 free garbage bags.
• 4 free recycling bins.
• Boulevard trees.
